Who doesn’t like cookie dough? Cookie dough is my favorite cookie. Since I’m afraid of getting sick if I eat raw flour or eggs, I never sneak a cookie dough bite before baking cookies. I know; I am probably in the minority in this case ha.
This recipe is so delicious because it’s easy! This cookie dough is safe and delicious because I use heat-treated flour. This recipe is perfect for one serving and quick to make. This is a great late-night treat.
Ingredients for edible cookie dough
Softened Butter – Ensure your butter is at room temperature to ensure it mixes well when you add the Sugar.
Granulated Sugar – for sweetness, of course.
Brown Sugar- Brown Sugar gives the cookie dough a perfect caramel flavor.
Milk – We will add a little milk to the dough to compensate for the liquid we lose by not using eggs.
Vanilla – This brings the cookie mixture together.
Flour- All-purpose flour is all you need.
salt
Mini Chocolate Chips -I love the minis for this recipe. You get the same amount of chocolate in each bite. However, you can use any chocolate chips that you like.
