Ingredients
One 8-ounce can of Spam, cut into 1/2″ cubes.
6 Eggs Whisked With Salt
3 cups of steamed rice
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Three minced garlic cloves
One tablespoon of soy sauce
One tablespoon of Brown sugar
One tablespoon Mirin
One tablespoon Oil
One teaspoon Salt (optional; only add if necessary at the end)
Green onions sliced
Furikake (optional)

Instructions
Heat half of the oil in a skillet on medium heat.
Add the Spam to the pan and cook until the edges begin to brown.
Stir in the remaining seasonings ( except for salt, rice, or eggs), and coat the Spam.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the Spam is caramelized. Remove from skillet.
Stir gently until the eggs are fully cooked. Take your time.
Remove the Spam from the heat and stir in the Spam.
Furikake seasoning and sliced green onions are served over the white rice.
