HAMBURGER STROGANOFF

Do you want to discover the perfect comfort food for your family? This delicious, simple, and quick Hamburger Stroganoff is sure to please.

RECIPE

Wilders’ recipe is one of the most popular. This recipe will not disappoint, whether you are looking for a quick meal the entire family can enjoy or an event with your neighbors.

Ingredients:

(1) 1 lb. pack. Wagyu Ground

Can of condensed chicken soup

8 oz container of sour cream

Garlic powder (to taste) or 1/4 tsp.

Red pepper, or to taste (1/8 tsp).

Salt

Black pepper

Rice or egg noodles cooked

Additions: diced white onions or mushrooms.

Instructions:

Place Wagyu beef ground into a skillet that is hot. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.

If desired, add onions or mushrooms

Stir in the ‘cream of Chicken Soup.’

Add a can of soured cream to the mix. Mix well.

Let simmer for 2-3 minutes, then season with red pepper and garlic powder.

Enjoy this dish with rice or egg noodles!

WILDERS TACOS SOUP

Wilders Taco Soup is a hearty, warm soup that will keep you cozy and satisfied.

RECIPE

Ingredients:

(1) 1 lb. pack. Wilders Wagyu ground

(1) onion, diced

Can black beans, drained

Can kidney beans be drained

One can of corn, drained

(1) can Rotel diced tomato with green chilies. Not drained

Can tomato sauce

Taco seasoning – 1 packet

Ranch seasoning packet

One cup of water

Add shredded cheese or sour cream, chopped green onions, fresh cilantro, and Fritos as an optional garnish. Instructions:

Over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onions in a heavy-bottomed large pot. Drain liquid

All ingredients can be added to the pot.

Bring all ingredients to a rolling boil, reduce the heat to a low setting, and simmer uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes. Stir often.

Pour into bowls, and top with your favorite toppings.

Recipes Tips:

Add one cup of water at first, then add more as you simmer until the chili reaches desired consistency.

You can substitute black beans and kidney beans for your favorite beans

To add more heat, replace the regular can of Rotel with a hot Rotel can

JACLYN’S FAVORITE SHEPHERD’S PIE

Wagyu ground

Jaclyn’s favorite Shepard’s pie is a great way to transport yourself into her kitchen.

RECIPE

Ingredients

(1 Tbsp) olive oil

Yellow onion diced to 3/4 cup

Celery ribs, diced

Two cloves of minced garlic

(1) 1 lb. pack. Wilders Wagyu ground

2 Tbsp flour

(1 Tbsp) tomato paste

Dry thyme (1/2 teaspoon)

(1/2 cup) chicken broth

Brown gravy (1 cup)

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

(3 cups) mashed potatoes

Salt

Pepper

Instructions

While the potatoes are boiling, start preparing the mashed potatoes. Start the filling while the potatoes are cooking.

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the celery and diced onions. Sauté for 3 minutes. Stir for 1 minute after adding garlic.

Heat the pan to high. Add the ground beef and brown it. Drain any excess grease from the pan.

Reduce heat to medium. Mix flour with beef.

Pour in the tomato puree and thyme. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Pour the chicken broth into the pan to deglaze it. Add flavor by scraping off the brown bits from the pan.

Add half the brown gravy. Add the frozen vegetables and heat them.

Season with salt or pepper

Season to taste. Remove from heat

ASSEMBLE and BAKE

Pour mixture into a 9-inch pie pan or 7 x 11 casserole dish. On top, spread mashed potatoes.

Use a fork and “rake” the lines on the potatoes.

Broil at high 550 degrees for five minutes
