Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 Cut the halloumi into 1/2-inch or 1-cm slices.
Step 2 – Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil to a heated pan in a large or grill pan. Next, add the halloumi slices.
Step 3 Cook them for approximately 2 minutes on each side, flip them and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
We served the halloumi on a large platter so guests could eat as much as they wanted.
The golden brown coating gives each slice a rich texture while preserving the bread’s mild, tangy flavour.
