This Mango Chia Seed Breakfast drink is a great way to start your morning. This drink is great for consuming chia seeds, which are well-known for their health benefits.
I am holding on to the last mangoes. With my precious life. Because they are plump beauties that I love, mangoes are my best friend. We will be best friends for the next 100 and twenty-six years. The Mango Chia Seed Breakfast drink is served at our breakfast table at least three times per week. It’s simply perfect. It is thick and smoothie-like so you can enjoy big, satisfying gulps. However, it can also be spooned up if time permits. This drink is packed in my favorite jar because I always try to get to work at an embarrassingly late time.
It’s best to pair it with Coconut Milk, as coconut elevates any dish. Mango and coconut are a perfect match. Like Mango and me. So, Mango + Coconut + me is = a match made in heaven.
Here’s a basic recipe you can use with many combinations.
These are my mum’s hands. She was my inspiration in Raipur, India, for a few weeks. This drink is enhanced with Chia Seeds, which add a crunch and a pudding-like texture. They are delicious and very healthy due to the Omega 3 Fatty acids they contain. With a spoonful of honey, this is one breakfast dish/drink/smoothie type that you will want to make repeatedly. This recipe will be made with strawberries once the mango season ends. Blueberries? Bananas? Kiwi? There are many.
